Committee Vacancies

There are currently spaces available for a Chairperson, Co-chair/Staff Liaison and General Committee members. This is a great opportunity to join a highly skilled, enthusiastic and proactive Management Committee and have some fun along the way.

The Chairperson’s summary of tasks include:

    • writing a short report for monthly meetings;
    • chairing the monthly meetings;
    • reviewing minutes of each meeting;
    • reviewing the 2010 – 2014 strategic plan;
    • updating the 2012/13 annual plan and
    • liaising with other Committee members and WCC as required.

The Co-chair/Staff Liaison’s summary of tasks include:

    • attending staff meetings when appropriate
    • administering the staff satisfaction survey and providing a written summary of results
    • co-conducting the creche supervisors appraisal
    • checking in with the creche supervisor once a term
    • gathering feedback from staff and parents
    • meeting to set yearly goals
    • chairing the committee meetings when the chair is absent

Both these positions include one short session FREE per week of term that creche is attended. If these posts are of interest to you, please speak to Sandra. A full handover will be given.
